These new models are set to succeed the Oppo Reno 10 series and Honor 90 lineups, respectively, bringing advanced features and improvements over their predecessors.
Expected Launch Date and Event Details
While there’s no official confirmation from Oppo or Honor yet, a report by MySmartPrice points to November 23 as the potential launch date for these highly anticipated devices. The report indicates that Oppo will be introducing the Reno 11, Reno 11 Pro, and Reno 11 Pro+ models. Similarly, Honor is expected to showcase the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro during a launch event rumored to be scheduled for 1:30 pm (11:00 am IST).

The Honor 100 series is rumored to boast a 1.5K resolution display with advanced 3,840Hz PWM dimming. Powering these devices could be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, and they might feature dual front-facing cameras. The Oppo Reno 11 series, on the other hand, is expected to come equipped with a curved display and include periscope telephoto and macro cameras, along with a sleek glass back panel design.
Comparative Pricing of Predecessor Models
To provide context, the Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro were launched in May in China with starting prices of CNY 2,499 (about Rs. 29,160) and CNY 3,299 (approximately Rs. 38,000), respectively. In India, the Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ 5G is priced at Rs. 54,999. The Oppo Reno 10 Pro 5G starts at Rs. 39,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, and the Oppo Reno 10 5G is priced at Rs. 32,999.
Anticipation in India and Cautionary Note
There’s also buzz around the potential Indian launch of the Honor X9b, as indicated by its alleged spotting on the BIS database. As for the upcoming Oppo Reno 11 and Honor 100 series, it’s important to note that these details are based on reports and rumors, and official information is yet to be shared by Oppo and Honor. Therefore, while the anticipation is high, these details should be considered speculative until confirmed by the companies.
