Animal Cruelty Case reported from Doda’s Marmat; Can anyone go to such Extent !
A shameful and disheartening incident has been reported which is believed to be from Marmat area of Doda has shamed the humanity.
A video has gone viral on social media, in which a person has tied & hanged a dog to the tree. It can be seen in video, another one who is capturing the video, can be seen asking the other to release the dog as it is the sin.
But the other side person, not gave ear to him. Also added, that this dog has eaten my hen, something like this.
As per details available, police has taken the notice of this incident.
VoM News condemn this incident and appeals to police to take notice of the matte and should be booked under Prevention of Animal Cruelty 1960 Act
