Administrative Secretary reviews Revenue Department in Doda.
Adherence to PSGA; Complete switch-over to online mode and e-office
Doda, September 30: Administrative Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, Dr Piyush Singla, reviewed working of Revenue Department today here in the DC office Doda.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Doda Pran Singh, ADC Doda Dr R K Bharti, ADC Bhaderwah Chowdhary Dil Mir, All the SDMs and Tehsildars, besides, other concerned officials of the Revenue section of the DC office.
Dr Singla has stressed holding regular/ monthly interaction with the Lumberdars and Chowkidars and addressing issues of concern to citizens on regular basis. He emphasized complete switch-over to online mode to ensure assured service delivery to the citizens with minimum human interface. Dr Singla has instructed the officers to adhere to the timeline of Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA) for greater transparency, accountability, and timely service delivery to the public.

During the meeting he also reviewed and discussed in detail the implementation of Online JK Revenue Plus Services, Status of CLU cases, Status of Land Acquisition, Revenue Court cases pendency, Finalisation of Seniority lists, Departmental Promotions, Staff positions, Training of Staff, RDAs, Accommodation of officers/ Offices in the district, Progress on SVAMITVA, Registration, Pending Audit Paras, Grievances and other individual issues of the officers.
Dr Singla has expressed his satisfaction with working of Revenue Department in the district and has exhorted officers to take forward online services and digitization of the revenue record in mission mode.
He has impressed upon the officers to work with commitment and zeal while serving the people and maintain the highest degree of transparency and integrity while delivering through online mechanisms.
