AAP’s Sarvesh Mishra Granted Regular Bail in Excise Policy Money Laundering Case
The Rouse Avenue court in Delhi has granted regular bail to accused Sarvesh Mishra in connection with the excise policy case. Mishra, charged alongside AAP MP Sanjay Singh in a money laundering case, was not arrested during the investigation and is already out on interim bail. The court, on January 20, 2024, reserved an order on bail, and on Wednesday, Special Judge MK Nagpal allowed the hearing and granted regular bail to Sarvesh Mishra on furnishing a bail bond of Rs one lakh.
Regular Bail Granted to Sarvesh Mishra in Excise Policy Money Laundering Case
Accused Sarvesh Mishra, charged with AAP MP Sanjay Singh in the money laundering case related to the excise policy, has been granted regular bail by the Rouse Avenue court in Delhi.
