
Historic Naranag Temple Reopens for Devotees, Tourists After Security Review; LG Ofice Announces
Kashmir, June 20, 2026 [VoM News]: The authorities in jammu and kashmir have decided to re-open the historic Naranag Temple in central Kashmir for devotees and tourists. The decision was made after a security review was taken as per reports.
Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir made this announcement via an ‘X’ post.

By reopening the historic Naranag Temple, both the pilgrims and visitors will have the access to historic century-old temple complex which is nestled in the scenic landscapes of Naranag.
