AAP Announces Candidates for Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has released its fifth list of 12 candidates for the upcoming Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections, which will take place in two phases on November 7 and 17. This list includes Neelam Thakur, Bhawesh Warkade, Rakesh Yadav, Anubhav Tiwari, Saamlal Banjare, Sanjay Yadav, Dadram Premi, Vijay Jha, Chauvendra Sahu, Amit Hirmani, Veer Verma, and Pramod Sahu.

AAP has been actively announcing its candidates for the Chhattisgarh assembly elections, having declared a total of 57 candidates so far. The party, led by Arvind Kejriwal, has also released a list of 37-star campaigners for the Chhattisgarh polls, which includes prominent leaders like Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann.

In the 2018 assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, AAP contested in 85 of the 90 seats but failed to secure any seats. The upcoming elections will be held in two phases, with the counting of votes scheduled for December 3. The Model Code of Conduct has already come into effect in Chhattisgarh.

The 2018 assembly polls in Chhattisgarh resulted in a significant victory for the Congress, which won 68 out of the 90 seats, while the BJP secured only 15 seats. The upcoming elections will be closely watched to see if the political landscape in the state undergoes any significant changes.
