New Delhi, September 5, 2025 — India’s streaming landscape continues to evolve rapidly, with JioCinema (25%) retaining its lead in market share for Q2 2025, according to the latest JustWatch streaming charts. Amazon Prime Video (23%) and Netflix (19%) followed closely, while Apple TV+ secured the fourth position at 14%.

The data, measured from April to June 2025, highlights shifting viewer preferences in India’s highly competitive subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) sector.

JioCinema on Top: Despite a slight dip in early Q2, JioCinema maintained a commanding 25% share, largely attributed to its exclusive sports rights and Bollywood content.

Netflix Rising: Netflix witnessed consistent growth, climbing to 19%, reflecting the platform’s investment in Indian originals and localized pricing strategies.
