
Shifting of forest demarcation Division II from Bhaderwah Chenab circle, Adv Mohd Majid Malik talk to sitting MLAs and seek their intervention
BHADERWAH: Adv Mohd Majid Malik today talk with four sitting MLAs of Chenab valley and seek their intervention to stop shifting of forest demarcation II Division Bhaderwah which have jurisdiction in erstwhile Distt Doda and Udhampur and they assure to take up the matter with Union Govt and UT CM.
Adv Mohd Majid Malik ringh up and talk to to MLA Doda Shakti Raj Parihar , Mehraj Malik , Daleep Singh Parihar and Sunil Sharma and informed them that in whole Jammu and Kashmir UT there are only three forest demarcation divisions and in Bhaderwah there is forest demarcation Division II and demarcation Division lookafter the whole chenab circle included Ramnagar Nagar and Udhampur.

Demarcation Division Chenab circle work is going in 12 forests which included Bataote , Marwah Dachan , Doda Saraz Desa .Adv Majid Malik informed MLAs that presently forest minister of the forest deptt Javed Rana is sitting MLA from Mendhar Poonch area and he can easily open a new demarcation Division 3rd in Peer Panchal range Rajouri which is based on two districts Rajouri and Poonch in order to benefit their own districts and further informed them that Peer Panchal circle falls in demarcation Division Jammu 1st and concerned minister can easily open a range of the same Division in mentioned area.
That empolyees of Chenab cicle Division can not serve in Rajouri Poonch area as all belongs to erstwhile Distt Doda and if they want to work in that areas then they should engaged all empolyees from Jammu Division.
In Chenab circle area there are maximum disputes of revenue and forest areas which are settled by Demarcation forest Division Bhaderwah.
That Chenab circle demarcation Division should be retained in Bhaderwah Chenab area and requested to sitting MLA to personally lookinto the matter and force Govt to revoke it’s order.
MLAs assure that they will look in to matter and raise issue with Govt
