Indian Railway Recruitment For JK 145 Posts – Details Inside

Indian Railway has extended the last date for recruitment applications for 8383 posts, including 145 posts in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K).

J&K Posts & Application Fee Details

There are 145 posts, in RRB Jammu Kashmir region, as far as, the fee is concerned, below is the detailed point of view.

1. For all candidates: ₹500/- (₹400/- will be refunded after deducting bank charges if the candidate appears for the 1st Stage CBT).
2. For SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Transgender, Minorities, or Economically Backward Class (EBC): ₹250/- (₹250/- will be refunded after deducting bank charges if the candidate appears for the 1st Stage CBT).

Note: EBC should not be confused with OBC or EWS.

Payment Mode: The fee can be paid online via internet banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI.

Important Note: Only candidates who attend the CBT will receive a refund of their examination fee.

Date of Publication on RRB websites: 13-09-2024

Starting Date for Online Application & Fee Payment: 14-09-2024

Last Date for Online Application: 20-10-2024, 23:59 Hrs

Fee Payment after the Closing Date: 21-10-2024 to 22-10-2024

Modification Window for Application Form Corrections:

23-10-2024 to 30-10-2024

16-10-2024 to 25-10-2024 (Modification window available for payment of modification fee; account details and RRB choice cannot be modified)

Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025):

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 36 years

Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules.

Qualification:

General: Candidates must possess any degree from a recognized university or its equivalent.

For Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist and Senior Clerk Cum Typist: Typing proficiency in English or Hindi on a computer is essential.
