JKSSB Aspirants Await Constable Application Edit Form, Face Issues with Old Login Version
The Jammu Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) recently closed the online application link for the post of constable in the Home Department. Now, candidates who applied for the constable post are eagerly waiting for the edit window to correct errors in their submitted forms.
However, there is strong frustration among the aspirants, as JKSSB has so far failed to provide an edit option for the mentioned posts.
While interacting with VoM News, a candidate mentioned that due to the different date, year, and month selection patterns in the tab, he mistakenly selected the wrong month and year for his domicile certificate. Similarly, another candidate said he incorrectly selected the date on the RBA category certificate.
Several candidates have taken to social media to express their concerns regarding mistakes in their application forms and have demanded an edit window.
The online application link closed on 7th September, and candidates are frustrated about the lack of an edit option. Earlier, JKSSB usually notified the edit window within three or four days after the closing date of the online application link. Now, the candidates are worried about the delay in the edit window for the submitted forms.
Additionally, candidates using the old login tab to access their accounts or submitted forms are facing issues. When aspirants click on the old login option on the JKSSB homepage, an error message stating “refused to connect” appears. As the JKSSB website has undergone changes with a new login mode, those using the old login tab cannot access their accounts. Despite submitting their grievances, the issue remains unresolved.
