SRINAGAR, AUGUST 13: The Hajj Committee of India (HCI) has officially opened the online application process for individuals wishing to undertake the Hajj pilgrimage for the year 1446(H) – 2025(CE). Applications became available starting August 13, 2024.

Prospective pilgrims are advised to thoroughly review the Hajj Policy and Guidelines for 2025, which can be accessed on the HCI’s official website at http://www.hajcommittee.gov.in.

This step is crucial to ensure that all application requirements are met and to avoid any issues during the application process.

The final date for submitting applications is set for September 9, 2024. It is important to note that applicants must hold a Machine-Readable International Passport issued before the application closing date and valid at least until January 15, 2026.

Applications can be submitted exclusively through the HCI website or via the Haj Suvidha mobile app, available for download on the Google Play Store.

The Haj Suvidha app provides a convenient way for applicants to complete their submissions directly from their Android devices.
