Woman Dies After Being Hit by Dumper in Pampore

In a tragic incident in the Pampore area of Pulwama district, south Kashmir, a woman lost her life after being struck by a dumper. The accident occurred near the Galandar region of Pampore, where the dumper collided with the woman, leaving her critically injured.
The woman, identified as Sameera, the wife of Bilal Ahmad Dar from Lelhara, was immediately taken to a local hospital for medical treatment. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Sameera succumbed to her injuries shortly after her arrival at the hospital.
Local authorities have taken cognisance of the incident and are conducting an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
The police are working to gather information and ascertain whether any negligence or fault contributed to the tragic event.
The loss has cast a somber mood over the community, and there is a call for improved road safety measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
