Amid Festive Rush, JK Bank Application lags, customers irked
As the festive rush began in Market, with a heavy ques, Jammu and Kashmir Bank digital application Mpay again lags behind, killing the thousands of expectations of customers.
Jammu Kashmir Bank has always been in controversies always, as the festival or any religious event comes in. J&k Bank application has again came in anger radar of people as they weren’t able to do transaction during the shopping, workout other during this Eid festival.
The customers showed their anger on social media. One of Jkbank customer told VoM that “I’ve been trying to send some money through JK Bank’s mPay Delight+ app for the past 1 hours but the app even fails to open.
Another user allege, “Mpay is not working please keep the cash in your packet Warna khagel ho hai”.
Jammu Kashmir Bank authorities should immediately look into matter ASAP so that customers not face hardship during festive season.
