Doda Police Crack Vehicle Theft Case, Retrieve Stolen Car

Doda police Solved the Vehicle Theft Case And Recovered The Stolen Vehicle From Mutton Area Of District Anantnag

In a statement issued by Doda Police,it was told that on 09/02/2024 one person namely Riaz Ahmed S/o Abdul Rashid R/oTunga Paryote Tehsil & District Doda lodged a written complaint in PS Doda that his vehicle bearing Regd No HR 51CC 6088 Hundai Creta which was parked in Jangalwar area was stolen during the intervening night of 6/7 Nov, 2023.

Upon this,case FIR No.22/2024 U/s 379 IPC was registered in P/S Doda and investigation of the case was entrusted to Asi Baldev Singh.During the course of investigation the investigating officer made hectic efforts and with the help of CCTVs footage traced out the stolen vehicle and recovered it from Nambal Mutton area of District Anantnag .

The estimated value of the recovered vehicle is 13,50000 . The recovery has been made under the guidance of SHO Police Station Doda Inspr.Padam Dev Singh and Dy. SP Hqrs Doda Sh Ajay Anand and under the overall supervision of Shri Javaid Iqbal SSP Doda.
