BJP Unveils Rajya Sabha Candidates for Upcoming Elections

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced its list of candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections on February 27, with 56 seats at stake. RPN Singh, a former Congress leader who joined the BJP in 2022, is nominated from Uttar Pradesh.

The list includes names from various states, with Sudhanshu Trivedi, Chaudhary Tejveer Singh, Sadhna Singh, Amarpal Maurya, Sangita Balwant, and Navin Jain among the candidates from UP.

Bihar’s nominations exclude Sushil Kumar Modi, replaced by Dharmsheela Gupta and Bhim Singh.

The elections mark the retirement of 58 Rajya Sabha members, including central ministers and notable figures.
