Rahul Gandhi Unveils Five-Point Justice in Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra
While leading the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra through Assam, Rahul Gandhi, from the Congress party, introduced what he termed the “Five-point justice” agenda. This initiative aims to bring justice to young people, women, farmers, and laborers, ensuring equal representation in every field. Gandhi pledged to provide a detailed blueprint within two months.
Justice for Every Sector: Empowering the Nation
The rally aims to deliver justice to four crucial pillars of society: young people, women, farmers, and laborers, with the goal of empowering the entire country. For women, the focus includes education and job opportunities. Farmers and laborers are promised support in areas such as loans, job security, Provident Fund, healthcare, and other facilities currently lacking in the unorganized sector.
Nyay Yatra’s Guiding Principles: Rahul Gandhi’s Vision for India
Rahul Gandhi emphasized the underlying principle of “Nyay” (justice) in the Nyay Yatra. The Congress party is set to unveil the “Five pillars of justice” within the next month, bringing transformative power to the nation. These pillars encompass justice for the youth, equal representation, justice for women, justice for farmers, and justice for laborers. The Congress plans to organize a program in the coming month to elaborate on these pillars.
Amid ongoing confrontations with the BJP-led government in Assam, Gandhi’s yatra faced obstacles in entering Guwahati, leading to protests from Congress workers. Rahul Gandhi asserted that the Congress is gaining political ground as the yatra becomes a central issue in Assam, fueled by actions from the Assam Chief Minister and the Union Home Minister.
The Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, spanning from Thoubal in Manipur to Mumbai, covering 6200 km through 14 states and 85 districts, started on January 14 and will conclude on March 20.
