Ankita Lokhande’s mother-in-law seems to be making headlines for all the wrong reasons, as she continues to give a series of interviews that are progressively more scandalous. Both Ankita and her husband, Vicky Jain, are participants on Bigg Boss 17.

In a recent interview with ABP News, Vicky’s mother appeared to be in a drowsy, half-asleep state as she commented on Ankita and Vicky’s relationship. When asked about Ankita frequently mentioning her late ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput on the show, she suggested, “It seems like she is seeking sympathy for herself. What does Sushant care now? He’s gone. He received love during his lifetime, and he accomplished great things.”

The mother-in-law also expressed dismay at seeing Ankita kicking Vicky, stating, “In India, husbands are often revered as gods. And your husband is truly a god.”

In another interview with Zoom, Vicky’s mother disclosed that they had never supported Vicky’s decision to marry Ankita. She remarked, “We were never in support of it. Now that he is committed to this relationship, we have nothing to do with it. We are witnessing everything but choosing to remain silent. He will come around and mend his marriage. We have confidence that Vicky will handle everything.”

Vicky’s mother made a surprise entry into the Bigg Boss house to meet both Ankita and Vicky. During the meeting, she shared with Ankita an incident where Vicky’s father called Ankita’s mother after witnessing her kicking Vicky in a fight, asking, “Did you also kick your husband like this?” Ankita, visibly upset, urged her mother-in-law not to involve her mother, especially given her recent loss of her father.

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut voiced her support for Ankita but emphasized that family should take precedence over the game. Kangana stated, “Media is doing their best to break the family. They won’t show you how Ankita Lokhande’s mother-in-law is rooting for her. Reality shows come and go, but family is forever. I hope my friend Ankita Lokhande wins, but not at the cost of her marriage.”
