Balloon with PIA Markings Found Along Line of Control in Poonch

An official confirmed on Monday that a balloon bearing markings of PIA (Pakistan International Airlines) was discovered along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch.

The Indian Army recovered the balloon in Tain Mankote within the Mendhar area, according to the official statement.

“The balloon is currently in possession of the Army for necessary assessment,” the official remarked, indicating that further investigations or assessments are underway regarding the balloon’s discovery.
