7 Hardcore Criminals Arrested by Samba Police With Sharp Edged Weapons

Samba Police has arrested seven hardcore criminals and recovered four sharp edged weapons from their possession in the jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur.

An information was received through reliable sources at Police Station Vijaypur that seven persons namely Yaqoob Ali @Yuka s/o Bashir Ali r/o Sarore Bari Brahmana, Ismile @Bachu s/o Lal Hussian r/o Rakh Barotian Vijaypur, Mohd Sain s/o Lal Hussian r/o Beli Charana district Jammu, Gazan Fer s/o Anayat Ullah r/o Doda, Murad Ali s/o Feroz Din r/o Malani A/P Beli Charana district Jammu, Mohd Iqbal s/o Lal Hussian r/o Manohar Gopalla Samba, and Mohd Irfan s/o Mohd Hussian r/o Bathandi district Jammu with criminal intention having illegal sharp edged weapons/tokas are planning to eliminate the rivalry gang and are at present roaming in a vehicle Scorpio bearing registration No. JK02CV-1312 at/around link road near AIIMS Vijaypur.

The said criminals are planning to commit some heinous offences and are running an organized syndicate.

Acting over the information, a Police team headed by SHO PS Vijaypur under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur and under the overall supervision of SSP Samba has arrested all the seven hardcore criminals alongwith four sharp edged weapons (Tokas).

The vehicle Scorpio bearing registration No. JK02CV-1312 has also been seized.

A case FIR No. 41/2025 U/S 111 BNS, 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Vijaypur and investigation started.
It is pertinent to mention here that multiple criminal cases have been registered against the said criminals in different Police Stations of district Samba and other districts of J&K UT.
