Leading the tribute were DDC Chairman Dhananter Singh Kotwal and Deputy Commissioner Doda Harvinder Singh. They were joined by Vice Chairperson DDC Sangeeta Rani Bhagat, members of the DDC council, Tehsildar Doda Dr. Subuh Ahmad Shad, and other prominent officials.
