This tragic event follows another major accident in the region last month, where a bus carrying 55 passengers fell into a gorge near Doda, leading to the death of at least 36 people.
These incidents highlight the dangers of mountainous roads in the region, especially under adverse weather conditions, and underscore the importance of enhanced road safety measures and emergency response protocols.
