The second randomization of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for the upcoming 2024 Assembly Elections in Doda was successfully conducted on September 2nd. This important step ensures the integrity and transparency of the electoral process for Assembly Constituencies (AC) 52-Doda and AC 53-Doda West.
The randomization meeting was chaired by Aditya Negi, the General Observer for both constituencies, and was attended by key officials, including Returning Officers Sunil Kumar Bhutyal (AC 52-Doda) and Ashok Kumar Katoch (AC 53-Doda West), along with representatives from various political parties.
During the meeting, the randomization of EVMs and polling staff was carefully carried out to ensure that the distribution was unbiased.
