Ramban’s Jugesh Singh Thakur Releases The Craved Emotions Edition 2 on Amazon and Flipkart
The Craved Emotions Edition 2, a poignant compilation of poetry, prose, and cultural reflection by Jugesh Singh Thakur, was launched in the Capital on Friday. Published by the Poetry World Organisation, the book is now available across leading online platforms including Amazon and Flipkart.
Mr. Thakur, who hails from Pogal Paristan in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district, brings forth a collection that traverses emotional landscapes while paying homage to his linguistic and cultural roots. The work, jointly launched by the Poetry World Organisation and the author, marks the second edition of a title that has already garnered appreciation for its sincerity and depth.

Described as a “heartfelt journey through language, culture, and human experience”, The Craved Emotions comprises poems, reflective quotes, narrative stories, and thought-provoking articles.
A defining aspect of the book is its dedication to the Pogali language — a regional dialect spoken in the Pogal Paristan region. Through his writings, Mr. Thakur seeks to document and celebrate the linguistic heritage of his homeland.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Thakur remarked: “This book is not merely a collection of words; it is a testament to the people, the language, and the emotions that have shaped my journey.
It is my effort to preserve the essence of Pogal Paristan and share it with the world.”
The volume is also a personal tribute to the author’s family and spiritual inspirations. It is dedicated to his parents, the memory of his late sister, and his late elder brother.
In a reflective note, Mr. Thakur also honours Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore, citing the enduring relevance of the poet-philosopher’s teachings in his life and work.
The Craved Emotions (Edition 2) is available for purchase on Amazon and Flipkart, and can also be obtained directly from the author. The publication is expected to resonate with readers seeking literary introspection grounded in regional identity and emotional authenticity.
