Raj Bhavan Assam Collaborates with IIT Guwahati to Enhance Public Service Delivery
In the presence of Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, Raj Bhavan in Assam finalized a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IIT-Guwahati. SS Meenakshi Sundaram, the Commissioner and Secretary to the Governor, signed the MoU on behalf of Raj Bhavan, while Rajeev Ahuja, Director of IIT Guwahati, inked the agreement for the institute.
This strategic alliance aims to bolster Raj Bhavan’s capacity in supporting the Governor and augment its capabilities to deliver efficient public services. Notably, this collaboration marks a pioneering initiative in the region, as it’s the first partnership of its kind between Raj Bhavan and IIT-Guwahati.
The essence of this partnership is to embark on a long-term journey that will elevate the administration of Raj Bhavan to new heights, ensuring an enhanced facilitation of public services. The collaboration between the state’s official residence of the Governor and the esteemed institution, IIT Guwahati, is poised to drive meaningful and innovative transformations in the realm of public service delivery in Assam.
