Kishtwar, Jan. 01, 2024: “Continuing with Operation 3rd Eye in Kishtwar, the local police fined 70 violators under the Motor Vehicle Act for improper parking, riding without a helmet, and overloading vehicles within the town.

Under the guidance of SSP Kishtwar, Mr. Khalil Poswal-JKPS, a dedicated team was formed for traffic regulation. Utilizing CCTV surveillance technology, the team captured photographs and videos of traffic rule violations, identifying vehicles through number plate recognition. Subsequently, upon confirming the residential addresses of vehicle owners, copies along with evidence of the traffic rule violations were dispatched to their residences.“`
