In his new role, Mr. Apte will lead the Group HR function, focusing on enhancing organizational capability, fostering an inclusive and performance-driven culture, and aligning talent strategy with business growth objectives. A certified HOGAN Assessor and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, Mr. Apte also brings a strong coaching mindset to his leadership approach. He is actively involved in promoting sports and is currently the Vice President of the Thane District and City Badminton Association.His appointment marks an exciting new chapter in NeoLiv’s journey to becoming a next-generation, employee-centric real estate enterprise.
