With over 35 years of distinguished experience in strategic human capital management, leadership development, and organization transformation, Mr. Apte brings with him a wealth of expertise to support NeoLiv’s vision of building a future-ready, people-first real estate platform.
In his new role, Mr. Apte will lead the Group HR function, focusing on enhancing organizational capability, fostering an inclusive and performance-driven culture, and aligning talent strategy with business growth objectives. His appointment underscores NeoLiv’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team with industry veterans who bring both depth and vision.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Apte has held senior HR leadership positions at some of India’s most respected organizations, including KEC International, CEAT Tyres, Godrej Hershey’s, Godrej Properties, DHL Express, Cadbury, Johnson & Johnson, and LIC of India. Known for his ability to align HR strategy with evolving business needs, he has led transformative initiatives across areas such as talent management, capability building, employee engagement, culture transformation, and total rewards.
A certified HOGAN Assessor and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, Mr. Apte also brings a strong coaching mindset to his leadership approach. He is actively involved in promoting sports and is currently the Vice President of the Thane District and City Badminton Association.His appointment marks an exciting new chapter in NeoLiv’s journey to becoming a next-generation, employee-centric real estate enterprise. NeoLiv is a unique integrated residential platform with a focus on durable middle-income housing in the Delhi-NCR and Mumbai-MMR markets. The platform differentiates itself by means of its long-term mindset that includes a fund management business as well as a development arm.
