NCDC hosts Free Glass Painting Workshop for students
Kerala, August 16: The National Child Development Council (NCDC) Kerala Region organized a one-day free glass painting workshop at Government High School in Koovakkad on Friday, which aimed to provide students with a unique opportunity to explore their creative skills.
The workshop began with a warm welcome address by School Headmistress Ms. Jayamole P.K, followed by a presidential address by Standing Committee member Mr. Chandrakumar. Block Member E.K Sudheer formally inaugurated the event, while NCDC Master Trainer Baba Alexander delivered the keynote speech.
During the workshop, students engaged in glass painting activities, guided by expert trainers. The event also included felicitations by NCDC PRO Ms. Ansa B. Khan and SSSS Coordinator Mr. Aji Prakash M.H.
Senior Assistant Ms. Praveena expressed gratitude to all participants, trainers, and dignitaries in her vote of thanks. The workshop concluded with students showcasing their vibrant glass paintings, demonstrating their newfound skills.
Notably, National Child Development Council (NCDC) is an autonomous national child welfare organization, established to promote the welfare of women and children, besides ensuring education of children in India.
