After PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti expressed discontent over the National Conference’s decision to contest all three Lok Sabha constituencies in Kashmir, NC president Farooq Abdullah responded confidently, emphasizing that both parties are integral parts of the INDIA coalition. Despite the disagreement, she affirmed the PDP’s continued association with the INDIA bloc and hinted at future strategy discussions with the Congress.
In response to questions about the formation of a new government in Pakistan, Abdullah emphasized that Islamabad must decide whether it seeks peaceful relations with India.
