
MTS Employees Hold Meeting In Reasi, Stress Unity And Welfare Issues
REASI, June 16, 2026 [VoM News]: A physical meeting of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) employees of District Reasi was held at Zanana Park, Reasi under the banner of District MTS Association Reasi in coordination with the Coordination Body of District MTS Association Reasi and All J&K MTS Association (State Body).
The meeting witnessed participation from MTS employees of various departments along with representatives from district and state-level association bodies. Prominent participants included Abu Howaida, President All J&K MTS Association, Deepak Raj Dayal, Secretary All J&K MTS Association, and Kewal Singh, General Secretary District MTS Association Ramban.
During the meeting, employees discussed various welfare and service-related issues affecting MTS staff across Jammu and Kashmir. Speakers stressed the importance of unity, coordination and collective efforts for safeguarding the interests and rights of employees.

Addressing the gathering, Abu Howaida said that a strong and united association is essential for protecting the welfare of MTS employees. Deepak Raj Dayal stated that the association is working for the collective welfare of all employees and urged members to remain united.
Kewal Singh emphasized selfless work for employee welfare and called for stronger unity among members. Rahat Sheikh, District President Reasi, thanked participants for their support and appealed to employees to actively join and strengthen the association.
Ashish, Vice President of District MTS Association Reasi, appreciated the enthusiastic participation of members, while Sahil, General Secretary, said the association provides a common platform for employees to raise and discuss their issues collectively.
During the meeting, members unanimously passed several resolutions, including strengthening unity among employees, protecting legitimate rights and welfare issues, maintaining coordination with authorities regarding service-related matters, and encouraging active participation in organizational activities.
The meeting concluded with participants reaffirming their commitment towards the welfare, unity and collective progress of MTS employees across Jammu and Kashmir.
