Medi Assist Raises Rs 351.5 Crore from Anchor Investors Ahead of IPO
Bengaluru-based health insurance third-party administrator, Medi Assist Healthcare Services, has successfully secured ₹351.5 crore through its anchor book issue before its upcoming IPO. The company allocated 84,08,449 equity shares to anchor investors at ₹418 per share. This included allocations to domestic mutual funds, with HDFC Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Trustee, Aditya Birla Sun Life Trustee, and others participating. Medi Assist’s IPO follows recent stake sales by Investcorp and Bessemer India Capital Holdings II.
