Kishtwar Police Issues 28 Challans for Traffic Violations: Wrong Parking, No Helmets, and Overloading Targeted
Kishtwar Police took decisive action as part of Operation 3rd Eye Kishtwar, challaning 28 individuals under the Motor Vehicle Act for various violations, including wrong parking, driving without a helmet, and overloading of vehicles in Kishtwar town.
The dedicated Kishtwar District Police team, specifically formed for traffic enforcement, utilized advanced technology such as CCTV surveillance to capture images and videos of traffic rule violations. The team identified the vehicles through a number plate reading system.

Subsequently, after confirming the residential addresses of the vehicle owners, copies of the challans along with photographic evidence of the traffic violations were dispatched to their respective homes.
