The arrest took place in Kishtwar district and is a testament to the police’s ongoing commitment to maintaining public safety and security.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishtwar revealed that the district police had gathered critical information about the absconder, Chander Karnail Singh, also known as Karan, from Phangota Bhalla in Doda District.

Following this lead, a specialized team was formed, led by the Station House Officer (SHO) of Kishtwar Police Station and supervised by the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Headquarters.
