J&K admin To Conduct Type Test for Matriculate Orderlies/Jamadars on June 4

Srinagar, May 28, 2025:
The General Administration Department (GAD) of Jammu and Kashmir has officially announced the schedule for the Type Test of Matriculate Orderlies and Jamadars serving in the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service.

As per the notification issued by the GAD’s Establishment Section, the test is set to be conducted on June 4, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The test will take place simultaneously at two locations:

Government Polytechnic for Women, Srinagar

Government Polytechnic for Women, Jammu

All eligible Matriculate Orderlies and Jamadars listed in the annexure to the notification have been directed to appear for the test on the given date, time, and venue. Candidates are also advised to collect their Admit Cards from the General Administration Department on May 30, 2025, which will include all necessary instructions for the test.
