J-k Govt Constitutes Contract Committe For Planning Development & Monitoring Department

Jammu Kashmir Govt has constituted the contract committe for planning development and monitoring department for awarding contracts of projects costing over Rs. 40 Crore.

The committee consists of eight members and is being headed by a chairperson, constituted under S.O. 15 Of 2020, Dated 09-01-2020 Finance Department.

Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department will act as Chairperson of the Committe, followed by Representative from Finance Department Chairperson, Secretary (Technical) PW (R&B)/ Development Member Commissioner (Works), Chief Engineer, Public Works (R&B)/ Jal Shakti/ PDD, Kashmir/Jammu, Chief Engineer, Inspections, Quality Control & Design Chief Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Department, Kashmir/Jammu, for such works as involves Purchase of Mechanical Equipment, Director Planning, Planning Development & Monitoring Department, Director Finance, Planning Development & Monitoring Department, Representative of the Industries & Commerce Department (not below the rank of Additional Secretary) as the members of the committe.

J-K Govt Authorization of Funds for FY 2025-26

The committee will overlook the awarding of contracts of the projects costing over 40.00 crore.
