
J-k Govt Constitutes Committe For Handing Over of Centaur Lake View Hotel Srinagar
Jammu Kashmir General Administration Department has accorded the Sanction to an 11 member committee headed by Chairman Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, for the handing over of Centaur Lake View Hotel Srinagar Centaur Lake View Hotel Srinagar to the concessionaire as per the concession agreement.
The 11 member committee include Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Chief Enginner, Public Works (R&B) Department, Secretary, Jammu Kashmir Art, Cultural and Heritage, Director Horticulture kashmir, Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti Department, Kashmir, Chief Enginner Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited, Commisioner, Srinagar Municipal corporation, Director SKICC, Secretary, Royal Spring Gold course, DFO Srinagar, and Vice Chairman, J&k Lake Conservation and Management Authority. The committee would be headed by the Div. Com Kashmir as the chairman.

The departments have also been informed to undertake a survey and prepare an inventory of items to be removed by the authorities before handing the property to the concessionaire.
