Hemant Soren Granted Permission to Participate in Jharkhand Trust Vote
The special PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) court in Ranchi granted former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren permission to participate in the trust vote scheduled for February 5.
Hemant Soren, arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on money laundering charges, filed a petition seeking the court’s approval to take part in the trust vote called for by the new Champai Soren government.
The court’s decision allows Hemant Soren to be present during this crucial political event.
