    DODA, SEPTEMBER 03: In preparation for the Assembly Elections-2024, Aditya Negi, the General Observer for Assembly Constituencies 52-Doda and 53-Doda West, conducted an extensive inspection of polling stations in the Bhagwah and Dessa areas of Doda District today.

    During the visit, Negi assessed the readiness of these polling stations and reviewed the arrangements made for voters.

    His primary objective was to ensure that all essential facilities and security measures are properly implemented to facilitate a smooth, fair, and transparent electoral process.

    The inspection also included a detailed evaluation of the Flying Squad teams operating in Bhagwah and Dessa.

    These squads are integral to upholding the election’s integrity, and their preparedness and effectiveness in managing election-related issues were thoroughly reviewed.

    Accompanying Negi during the inspection were Assistant Returning Officer (ARO) Dr. Subuh Ahmed Shad, police personnel, and other election staff members.

    The General Observer underscored the importance of adhering to the highest standards of electoral conduct and reaffirmed the Election Commission of India’s commitment to ensuring a free and fair election process in Doda District.
