DSEJ Directs CEOs to initiate/complete Mutation Deeds of School Buildings/Offices

The Directorate of School Education, Jammu (DSEJ) has directed the respective Chief Education Officers to initiate and complete the mutation deed of the school buildings/govt offices under respective jurisdictions not possessing the mutation deeds.

As per rules, one the building comes under the possession of the department, mutation deed should have been completed and furnished.

As the department has taken notice of this issue, now Chief Education Officers have been directed to initiate and complete the mutation deeds of school building/government offices under respective jurisdiction.

The officers have been directed to verify the land ownership documents by co-ordination with the local revenue authorities, and registering of mutation in record of the department, and the final submission of the report within a period of 15 days with the attachment of supporting documents.
