Department of Mining, Jammu Kashmir has issued the suspension order of District Mineral Officer Katuha, Naveen Kumar under Rule 31 of Jammu Kashmir Civil services Rules, 1956, till enquiry is initiated.

Further, he has been attached to the office of Geology & Mining Department Jammu Kashmir during the period of suspension.

Varinder Singh, who is the District Mineral officer Jammu, has been assigned the additional charge of District Mineral officer Kathua.
