    The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has rolled out an expansive housing scheme named ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023’. This initiative includes a diverse range of 32,000 newly constructed flats, extending from economical units to luxury penthouses.

    Wide Range of Flats Across Various Categories

    These flats, available in locations such as Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, cater to different income groups. The pricing varies widely, starting from Rs 11.5 lakh for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats and going up to Rs 5 crore for luxury penthouses. This scheme marks the first time DDA is offering over 1,100 luxury flats, including penthouses in Dwarka Sector 19B, with a stunning view of the Golf Course.

    Registration Process and Sale Mode

    Interested buyers can start registering for these flats from today, with sales conducted on a first-come-first-serve basis. For luxury and some mid-income group flats in specific sectors of Dwarka and Loknayakpuram, the DDA has introduced an e-auction mode. Meanwhile, a substantial number of flats, particularly in the EWS and LIG categories, will be available through the First Come First Serve (FCFS) mode.

    Application Procedure

    Prospective buyers can apply online by visiting the DDA’s official website (dda.gov.in). The process involves creating login credentials, logging in, and registering for the scheme. A nominal registration fee is applicable for applicants.

    For further assistance and detailed information, applicants can contact the DDA call centre at 1800-110-332 or visit the DDA website. Currently, 24,000 of these flats are ready for occupancy, and the remaining 8,500 are expected to be completed within the next six months.
