DC Doda visits Accident site, Extends Support to Injured
Doda, July 14:- The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Harvinder Singh visited the site of a tragic mini bus accident at Bhatyas in Sub Division Gandoh yesterday.
During his visit, DC Doda met with the victims of the accident at Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Gandoh and similarly at Government Medical College (GMC) Doda to ensure that all the injured persons were receiving the necessary treatment for their speedy recovery.
On the occasion, the DC Doda interacted with SDM, Doctors, hospital staff and local authorities to assess the condition of the injured individuals.
Unfortunately, the accident resulted in 25 injuries, with 2 fatalities reported. 2 critically injured individuals were immediately referred to GMC Jammu for further treatment while 01 fatality was reported at GMC Jammu.
DC Doda expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the deceased and assured them of all possible support during this difficult time.
DC Doda directed the concerned authorities to provide immediate assistance to the injured and ensure they receive the best medical care available.
