Guarantee 2 – “Mahalakshmi”: This guarantee focuses on women’s welfare, pledging Rs 2,500 per month, a gas cylinder for just Rs 500, and free bus travel for women.

Guarantee 3 – “Gruha Jyoti”: Congress commits to providing 200 units of free electricity to all households in Telangana.

Guarantee 4 – “Yuva Vikasam”: For the youth, the party promises Rs 5 lakh in financial aid for college education and coaching.

Guarantee 5 – “Cheyutha”: This guarantee offers a monthly pension of Rs 4,000 for the elderly and Rs 10 lakh under the Rajiv Arogyasri insurance scheme.

Guarantee 6 – “Rythu Bharosa”: Finally, the Congress guarantees Rs 15,000 annually for farmers and Rs 12,000 for farm laborers.
