DODA, April 15 – Chief Education Officer of Doda, Sh. Parkash Lal Thapa, is actively ensuring the successful organization of the 11th class annual exams in the district. Today, he conducted surprise visits to exam centers at Girls Higher Secondary School Malothi and polling stations at other schools in the Bhaderwah Area, including Govt. LHS Bhalla, Govt. High School Pranoo, and Govt. High School Puldoda.
During these inspections, CEO Doda instructed officials to thoroughly check exam centers before exams begin. The mid-day meals were also served to students as per the prescribed menu. The schools were well-maintained, equipped with adequate facilities like toilets, water supply, and kitchen sheds. He directed staff to focus on enrolling children in pre-primary classes and to maximize student participation in enrollment drives.
Additionally, as the Nodal Officer for Assured Minimum Facility (AMF), CEO Doda physically verified schools serving as polling stations for the Doda educational zone. He ensured that these polling stations meet the AMF standards for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024, starting from April 19 (Phase-I).
