CEO Doda Chaired Meeting With All Private Association In The District
Doda-March 28 : Chief Education Officer Doda Sh.Parkash Lal Thapa today chaired a meeting to take review of various issues being faced by Private Schools in the district.The meeting was attended by Dr.Anis Ahmed District Education and Planning Officer Doda, Secretary & members of All Private Schools Association Doda.
The Chairman Private School Association Doda gave a detailed presentation about various issues being faced by them. They requested for intervention of CEO in matters pertaining to timely result confirmation of class 8th & 9th examinations.While addressing to the members of Private school Association CEO Doda stressed upon to adhere with the guidelines already framed for the smooth functioning of Private Schools.
The CEO Doda impressed upon the heads of Private school to charge the fees as per the recommendation of Fees Fixation Committee and cautioned them of action on violation of the recommendation. Further they were also directed not to sell any kind school books/Uniform from their premises and hired shops unauthorizedly.
The Chief Education Officer further directed to the heads of institutions to fully implement JK BOSE school curriculum/ textbooks in thier schools and cautioned against the use of books of Private publications in the government recognised private schools of the District.
The Chief Education Officer Doda assured the delegation that the Department will redress all thier legtimate grievances in a time barred manner.The Chief Education Officer Doda directed the Private section of his office for constitution of Result Confirmation Committee at District Level which will function under the supervision of District Education and Planning Officer Doda.
