CEC Kargil Assigns Developmental Responsibilities to Executive Councillors
The Chief Executive Councilor (CEC) of Kargil has assigned responsibilities to two Executive Councillors for conducting a periodic review of the progress and accomplishments of developmental schemes.
According to the official order issued by CEC Kargil, Er Punchok Tashi, Executive Councillor, has been tasked with overseeing the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj department, Cooperation Department, FCS&CA, Forest & Wild, Information Department, and Zanaskar Development Authority.

Similarly, Kacho Mohammad Feroz has been designated to handle I&FC, PHE, Tourism Department, Kargil Development Authority, Urban Development Department, Revenue Department, Command Area Development, Fisheries, and the Industrial Training Institute.
The order specifies that any business not allocated in this order will remain the same as previously assigned to the Executive Councillors.
