All India 16th Gufran Memorial T20 Tournament To Begin Tonight at Sports Stadium Doda

DODA, JUNE 03, 2026 [VoM News]: People in district Doda are eagerly awaiting the start of the All India 16th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2026, which is scheduled to begin tonight at Sports Stadium Doda.

This will be an exciting moment for cricket lovers and sports enthusiasts who are eagerly waiting for the opening clash.

The inaugural match will be played between Alpha Riders and Bhaderwah Group A Cricket Club at 6:30 PM.

The organisers of the tournament have invited spectators and people from across the region to attend and support the tournament.

According to the organisers, nearly 34 teams have registered so far, with more entries expected in the coming days.

The tournament is being organised by Young Star Cricket Club Doda with support from local sponsors including Zum Zum Sweets Doda, Saaz Valley Bhaderwah, Life Insurance Corporation of India and Green Model Higher Secondary School Doda.

As per details available with VoM News, players from Jammu and Kashmir, different parts of India and even foreign participants are expected to feature in the tournament, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event.

Patron-in-Chief of YSCC Doda, Manzoor Ahmed, appealed to the people to come in huge numbers and make the tournament successful.
