AHSEC Declares Class 12 Results: 88.24% Pass in Arts, 90.29% in Science

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) announced the results of the Class 12 examination, 2024, with a total of 2,73,908 students appearing and 2,42,794 passing. The pass percentages stand at 88.24% in Arts, 90.29% in Science, 88.28% in Commerce, and 85.78% in Vocational streams.
This year, 41,133 Arts students, 25,437 Science students, 6,192 Commerce students, and 163 Vocational students passed with 60% and above marks. Compared to 2023, there’s a significant rise in pass percentages across all streams, with 70.12% in Arts, 84.96% in Science, and 79.57% in Commerce.
AHSEC’s declaration marks a notable achievement for Assam’s educational landscape, reflecting the dedication and hard work of students and educators amidst challenging times.
