Kishtwar, August 18, 2024 — Sh. Ghulam Rasool, the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) of Kishtwar, paid a visit to Machail to offer prayers at the sacred Shree Chandi Mata Darbar, seeking blessings for the peace and prosperity of the local community.
