    A private Alto car met with an accident in Bunjawa area of ​​Kishtwar on Monday evening, as a result of which two women died on the spot while three others were seriously injured.

    The injured were immediately shifted to the trauma center of Thatri where they are undergoing treatment. According to police sources, the vehicle (No. Jk06A-0705) met with an accident at Patshala when the driver lost control and the vehicle fell into a deep ditch. There were five people in the car.

    One of the deceased women was identified as Mehrul Nasa daughter of Mushtaq Ahmed Mir resident of Nali Bonjawa while the other woman could not be immediately identified. The injured include Tariq Hussain son of Ghulam Mohiuddin, Briara Bano daughter of Gulshan Ahmed and an unknown woman.

    As soon as the accident was reported, local people and police started immediate rescue operation. Police have registered a case and started further investigation.
