Aadhar Housing Finance IPO Opens Tomorrow
Aadhar Housing Finance, backed by Blackstone, launches its IPO tomorrow, May 8, remaining open for bidding until May 10. With 50% of the issue reserved for QIBs, 35% for retail investors, and 15% for NIIs, the IPO promises broad participation.
Specializing in housing finance for lower-income demographics, Aadhar serves clients predominantly in tier 4 and tier 5 cities across India. With an extensive network of 471 branches and 91 sales offices spanning 20 states and union territories, the company aims to address the housing needs of underserved communities.
In the fiscal year 2022-2023, Aadhar Housing Finance reported a net profit of ₹545.34 crore from a revenue of ₹2,043.52 crore, reflecting its strong financial performance and commitment to affordable housing solutions.
